Personal Bio:
I started track and field at age 7 when my family moved from San Diego, CA to Portland, Oregon, and I was surrounded by the influence of Tracktown USA and the huge distance running scene up there. I went on to compete in track and cross country for the University of Arizona during both undergrad and graduate school, and continue to love this sport and the community more than anything. Post-college I’ve spent time doing marketing for various brands including ASICS, and now find myself moving to Kansas City, and am so excited to embrace my new journey here and be part of this group of amazing runners. My goal is to continue finding ways to run fast and stay healthy, and move up to the half and full marathon distances.
