Bio/Goals
I began running in high school, and after having success I continued to compete in college for Truman. After having a decent first two years, I had a big jump in performance my junior year. I wasn’t so lucky my senior year. I got hurt after cross country and took a lot of time to get healthy again. Since graduating, I’ve increased the volume of my training in hopes of becoming a half/full marathon runner. I’d also like to lower my 5km personal best. I want to become active in the Kansas City running community and train with other runners in the area.
