Keith did not run competitively after college until age 46 when he won a local 10k at elevation in New Mexico where he lived at that time. This provided the incentive to ramp up training volume and continue to compete in local and state events. In the past few years, Keith has competed on a national level as well in both USATF sponsored events and large regional races. Keith enters a new age group (55-60) in 2012, and will be attempting to set a variety of new state records.
