I’ve been running since  the 1970’s , but have never been a serious competitor, running mainly for health and fitness reasons. A few years ago I started participating in the Kansas City Corporate Challenge and after some minor success I’ve developed a competitive spirit and have worked to improve my running performance. I look forward to running with the Kansas City Smoke, will continue to train hard and hope my best running days are ahead of me.
