Ran track and CC in high school and briefly in college. I stopped running in college due to injuries. It was during this time off that I coached high school for 5 years. I found my love for running again, I have completed all the world majors. Running has taken me all over the world and introduced me to so many great friends.
My goals are staying healthy and setting new PRs.
