Personal Bio
As my college career at Pittsburg State was wrapping up, I got away from all things running for a few years as I got my professional career going.  Eventually I got myself into a job teaching & coaching cross country where my love for running came back.  As I attempted to help & motivate athletes to be their very best I became inspired by their journey.

Goals
I just want to focus on improving my training in quantity, quality & consistency.  If I can stay healthy I hope to keep running PR’s each year.  I would love to get back to the level I was competing at when I was when I was in college.
