Personal Bio:
Married for 26 years and raised five children in the SF Bay Area. Attempted to run a five-minute mile annually since graduating Tulane. Many years were successful. Other years, life got in the way. I hope to be able to keep that five-minute mile target as a reasonable objective for the foreseeable future. I haven’t really done any Masters racing so I’m looking forward to getting back to the track!
