Bio/Current Running Goals/Emphasis:
After a mostly unsuccessful high school career in which I rarely broke 20 minutes for the 5K, I improved throughout college and continued running competitively after I graduated.  In the past several years, I have increased my mileage and intensity of training and have since lowered my personal best times at most distances.   I want to continue to lower my PR’s across the board, but my top goals for this year include running under 15:45 in the 5K, 33:30 in the 10K, and 1:14:00 in the ½-marathon.  I plan on working hard to become more competitive at local and regional road races and train to compete at the USATF club XC and track championships.
