Bio/Current Running Goals:
I was never a runner growing up; in fact, I really did not like it at all. Then, I wanted to lose a few pounds and get in shape for my wedding…..so I started running and that is pretty much where my love of running started and has not ended. I started with some 5Ks, then some 10Ks, and have now run several half marathons and 7 full marathons including NYC, Chicago, and Boston. Running is just part of my normal and almost daily routine and I love the friends I have made over the years. The best part about running is that my only competition is ME and I learn something new about myself with every training plan and every race I run. That’s a win-win in my opinion.
