Goals
To focus on improving my 5k time on the roads and or track, while attempting to drop those remaining 7 seconds and dip under 4 minutes for the mile. I focused on steeplechase in college and felt like I never raced to my potential in that event. I would like to run to my potential in steeple and PR in each event that I race throughout the next couple years.
