15K Championships
On March 10th Melissa Todd traveled to Jacksonville, FL to race in the 15K USA Road Championships also know as The Gate River Run.
Melissa commented: “I finished 17th with a PR of 54:22. I was hoping to break 54:00, but it was very windy and the last 5K has a 1 mile+ hill into the wind so it became more about survival than time. Overall I am pleased, and looking forward to better to come.”

Central Methodist OPEN
Mike Hernandez opened his outdoor track season in Fayette, MO on March 17th. Mike won the 800m with a time of 1:52.66!
Mike stated he wasn’t feeling the best and was very happy with his effort. This is so awesome for Mike as this time qualifies him for entry to the USATF Club Track 800m this coming July. Great Job Mike! Results
USA Masters Indoor Track & Field Championships
Randy Wasinger, 36, and Kevin Miller, 50, traveled to Bloomington, IN to participate in the USA Masters Indoor Track & Field Championships held Friday Mar 16th-18th.
These two dudes got it done! Of the five races they ran, they brought home 5 GOLD medals!
Kevin started the action on Friday by winning the M50 3000m in an age defying 9:04.33.
The mile was contested on Saturday. Randy PR’d and won in 4:25.90. Kevin won his mile in 4:33.68!
The 800m was contested on Sunday. Randy won in 2:03.44 and Kevin won in 2:07.42.
It just doesn’t get any better! Congratulations Fellas! You set the bar pretty high and we’re really proud of you! Results
