I began running 14 years ago, initially to keep fit and then to enter various fun runs in Australia. As I improved, I joined my local running club and took part in the Cross Country competition, road races and the occasional track race for their Masters team. The highlight so far, was being part of the Women’s Master Relay Team and winning the State Relay Championship for 4 x 1500m.
