Liz Grubbs ran for Park University, and competed for 11 seasons of cross country, indoor, and outdoor track. During this time she competed in three cross country national championships and one track and field championship. During her collegiate career she competed in distances from the 1,500m to the marathon, and took an All American title in the marathon in 2014. As she continues to pursue her bachelors in nursing, she is working to set new PR’s in all distances from the 1,500m to the marathon.
