Bio:
I started running slightly late in my high school career, as a hurdler/sprinter, then worked my way up slowly in distances throughout college. I graduated from East Stroudsburg University in 2018, and spent a year coaching cross-country and track at Elizabethtown College in Pennsylvania, and am currently living in Higginsville, Missouri to get my master’s and work with the cross country and track team here at the University of Central Missouri.
Yearly Goals:
Put more emphasis on cross country/5k races in the fall, go under 4:20 and 9:00 indoor and then sub 3:55 in the 1500 and 1:56 in the 800 come spring.
